Pokemon GO

Pokemon Go is really popular at the moment. The only problem is that neither girl has a phone which can play the game. Lately Brooke and Dad have enjoyed a few 5km long walks in search of Pokemon. It's great fun!

Brooke has been getting into cooking a bit more lately. This weekend, Brooke and Dad made a pretty awesome meat pie.

This week Courtney received her leavers jacket. It's fair to say that it will get well worn over the next 12 months at least.

The nickname "Navigator" relates to CJ's excellent abilities in directing herself and her friends around the city...

Courtney's Birthday Dinner

Tonight was the start of the birthday celebrations for Courtney's 17th Birthday. We went to dinner at Must Winebar, which was lovely. Brooke tried quail for the first time and she liked it.

Petition

Louise, Dad and Brooke went into the city this afternoon for a wander around. We ended up having beer and chips at Petition. Two out of three Cranes voted their chips were too fancy.

Brickman Experience

Today Courtney went to the Brickman Experience with Dad, Louise, Nicholas and Samuel. It was really cool. Brooke spent the day on a Scout Navigation exercise.

This weekend Brooke is on a camp with the Venturers so Courtney came and hung out alone at Dad and Louise's house. On Saturday we tried out a new place to hang out for a drink. We played Jenga and Courtney whooped Dad in chess.

Tonight is Courtney's year 12 ball. She looked so beautiful and Isaac was do doting and handsome.

Raft Making

Today Brooke and her Scout patrol enjoyed a day making rafts and then racing them on the Swan River. Brooke ended up with muddy shoes and some blisters on her hands but she had a really good day.
