CJ and her group from Scouts recently went to The Hangout, an indoor rock climbing place.

CJ is fearless and really enjoys the challenger of getting herself as high as possible.

One Weekend

 

Allergy Test

Today Brooke went to the doctor to have herself tested for allergies. She has been having allergic reactions to something - possibly chocolate or similar. At this stage the results show she has a reaction to dust mites - but we're waiting on the blood test results. Brooke was very brave and did not seemed too phased by all the pricks on her arm.

In other news - one of CJ's Minties caught up on one of her loose teeth... she can't have too many baby teeth left.

The Last Assembly

Today was the last assembly Courtney's class will hold at Primary School. They played a sketch in which CJ was Grant Denyer hosting an television show like Australia's got talent. She looked pretty cool in her suit and bow tie.

The Cake

Today Brooke's friend Candice came for a sleep over - the girls decorated a cake. It was lovely.

The New Chloe

CJ was reliving her childhood and recalled the day she pegged lots of pegs onto Chloe.This time, she took to her sister.

New Hair Cut

Hay,
I haven't been posting things lately so here goes nothing...

I have a new hair cut. (see photo) and last week the o'brians, dad, Brooke, dads new girl friend and I went to darklight and the girls and o'brians went to see kufu panda 2! Last night I went to see harry potter part 2 of 7 and even if I haddent seen the others it was still a cool movie. Today The girls went to see cars. Thanks Antie K. The girls had a lovely time in Busso with nana and grandad and will give there friends there presets soon.

My Hippy Costum

I went to Scouts on the 60s 70s disco night. I dressed as a hippy so were 7 other people... I got my whole Costum from salvos! :D

Fishing

Brooke and Dad went fishing today and Brooke managed to pull in one of the creatures from the deep.

So very busy

Courtney's social life has really taken off!

Last weekend she spent all weekend on a Young Women's Weekend with her friend. She camped all weekend and had a great time - except for the early morning starts. She was exhausted and had to have a recovery day during the week. This weekend she has had back to back sleep overs at Emily's house. It's like we never see her anymore.

Brooke on the other hand was running around the house in her PJs at 5:00pm this evening - seems she has had a very lazy winters day.

The big sundae

Grandma is all better and we went out for lunch today. The girls finally got to sample the giant sundae they'd heard so much about.

Today Courtney and the school choir sang at the ceremony for a group of people becoming Australian Citizens

Australian Youth Choir

Tonight Courtney will perform with the Australian Youth Choir. She is pretty excited about having the whole choir together in the one place.

Brooke becomes a Seconder at Clubs

A new school

This week Brooke moved school for a number of different reasons. Unfortunately she missed Monday and Tuesday because she had tonsillitis. So Wednesay was her first day – she is over the moon with her new beginning, all the new experiences. Dad is not a fan of the new uniform (picture coming) but he’ll get used to it soon.

 

So now CJ has her school all to herself. She is in charge of ringing the bell this term. Appears that clocks are starting to run her life as she has recently taken to setting her Ipod alarm for 5:30am so she can wake up and be all ready for school – with a couple of hours to spare.
